Key points of work

Material preparation: According to the drawings of the foundation pit enclosure structure, prepare sufficient supporting materials of various lengths such as steel pipes, main poles, flexible ends, and fixed ends according to the planned quantity, and ensure that the material quality is qualified.
Support splicing: Assemble in advance at the assembly site according to the support number and design length based on the progress of earthwork excavation. When splicing, it is necessary to strictly control the axis, size, and accurate alignment of the joint splicing plate to meet the requirements of the specifications for welding seams.
Support installation: Strictly follow the principle of layered excavation and support before excavation in the vertical plane of the foundation pit. The support installation is closely coordinated with the earthwork excavation. When the earthwork excavation reaches within 0.5m below the design elevation of the steel support, timely weld the steel bracket of the purlin, erect the purlin, and determine the center position of the support on the purlin. The cross line method is used for accurate positioning. The support installation adopts a gantry crane for overall lifting, ensuring that the support axis is compressed and the eccentricity is controlled within a certain range.
Pre stressing application: After the support installation is completed, the connection status of each node should be checked in a timely manner, and pre stressing can only be applied after confirmation. Pre stress application is carried out using hydraulic jacks according to the size of the designed axial force, and the loss of pre stress is regularly checked to timely re apply pre stress.
Support dismantling: Before dismantling the support, a replacement support system should be installed to ensure the safe and smooth dismantling of the steel support. The lowest level steel support needs to be removed after the construction of the main floor structure and side walls is completed and reaches the design strength.
