H-shaped wooden beams, also known as H20 I-beams or H-shaped formwork wooden beams, are specialized load-bearing profiles for concrete formwork systems. They have a cross-section in the shape of an H/I and are made up of upper and lower solid wood flanges and multiple layers of plywood belly plates glued together. They are the core supporting material for cast-in-place concrete roofs, walls, and square column formwork in high-rise buildings, bridges, and factories. They are benchmarked against imported DOKA system wooden beams and widely replace traditional solid wood materials.

Durable turnover: Under normal and standardized use, it can be reused 200-300 times, with dual protection of plug and waterproof paint surface, which is not easily affected by moisture, deformation, or material breakage. The overall cost of use is lower than that of ordinary miscellaneous wood;
High flatness: The structure is rigid and stable, and the poured concrete is not prone to arching. The formed wall and roof are smooth and flat, reducing the need for later polishing and repair processes;
Strong universality: Suitable for steel molds, aluminum molds, and wooden plywood templates, it can be quickly set up with top supports and tripods, making disassembly and assembly convenient and shortening the construction period.

Roof formwork: horizontal keel support for cast-in-place floor slabs of high-rise buildings, garages, and factories;
Wall formwork: reinforcement of vertical back ribs for shear walls and basement retaining walls;
Square column/irregular column: Horizontal hoop material for square column fixed template;
Road and bridge infrastructure: bridge cover beams, box beams, municipal prefabricated component formwork support;
Prefabricated formwork: Platform formwork, flying formwork, and modular formwork systems come standard with main beams.
